Nice and clean park, would love to live there but my budget cannot afford it, not to mention it's quite the drive to Flint in the winter....

This place has cleaned up so much since the new owners took over about a year ago! The place has quieted down and is becoming a nice family and community place to live again! I love it here!
I love this place because now that my aunt runs the office it has become better. And not all the people were that bad. My grandfather being a very well respectable person and well respected person was always helping people and when he passed away the whole trailer park started helping my grandmother. Returning the favor that my grandpa was doing for so many years before his passing.
